Our areas of expertise include: drafting and reviewing employment documentation (individual and collective employment contracts, individual and collective dismissal etc); providing advice on employment law issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and privatisations; providing advice on changing contract terms, including mass redundancy programmes; providing advice on relations with trade unions and other workers' representative, and providing advice on pension schemes and employee share incentives.
