Assennato & Partners is a law and tax firm founded in 1977 characterized by the creation of an active and organized structure through an accurate selection of its Partners and associates among the most outstanding professionals in the legal and tax areas.

The Firm, with its 50 members, provides a full range of legal services with offices in Rome, Bari, Cosenza, Milan and with a network of colleagues actives all around the country (Florence, Bologne, etc.).

The clients of the Firm are both individuals and leading national and international companies of all sizes, across the full spectrum of industries (aviation & navy, banking, communication and media, high tech, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing & production, real estate and construction, travel & warehousing, utilities).

The firm is a leader in mastering legal techniques developed in an international context in order to provide international clients with a complete and adequate advice.

Our firm is also recognized on an international basis as we are currently part of the IGAL “Intercontinental Grouping of Accountants and Lawyers” (www.igal-network.com) formed in October 2004 through the merger of two premier business referral networks: the International Grouping of Lawyers (IGL) and InterContinental Consultants (ICC), both of which have provided exceptional service to their clients for more than 25 years.

The IGAL has currently 110 members with 165 offices in 43 countries (Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, China, Chile, French, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Romania, Russia, Spain, Hungaria, United States, etc.).
